my main char has all the PvE skills and maxed the ranks

GW story - i had a req 9 crystaline and Emerald Blade, but didn't use them so i tossed them over at a friends account, he didn't really play all that much so it was cool, but because he tried to sell the account he got perm banned with my weapons!

FoW - 100b, MoP, CoP, UA, HB, ursan
UW - Vale nec, ursan, Perma SF

12. What are you going to do for SCAR and why you desrve a team spot.

you only have a war for eotn. gonna be a no improve your chars and try again

SCAR is full at the moment. I would encourage you to check out the forums of some of our alliance guilds and apply to the one you think is the best fit.

My guess is that "beating EOTN" on War only does not mean that he can only use War in EoTN. Most players get their toons run to outposts and can do EoTN with any of them... my guess is he did the same. Some clarification though would be helpful

yea not enough development here for me either work on your guys some more and reapply to the alliance

For me it's a no, like everyone else said, needs more char development. Expand on your char base if they have gotten further just for the skills though.

You absolute had no effort with filling the application...
Im trying to find something good about your application but its kinda hard.
