I'm currently going for 30 titles on my Ranger, working on the completion of Vanquisher.
Also aiming to rank up the Zaishen title over time, hopefully to max eventually.

5. Do you use ventrilo and a headset/mic while playing?

I have Ventrilo + Headset and will use during teamwork.

6. How did you hear about SCAR? Please include names if possible.

I met a few SCAR members during my stay in Braveheart World Xi [any] who came over to work on maxing their Luxon titles doing MQSC. "Tomo Not Healing U" might remember me (as “Kara Silverstar”), we ran in the same team a lot.
Also, I have seen SCAR members active with farming builds and guides at Guild Wars Guru, and was most impressed with what you offer to the community.

7. What do you want to get out of SCAR? And what can you bring to SCAR?

From what I've been able to ascertain, this guild holds the brightest minds in the GW farming community at this current time.
I would like to learn the current and most effective methods for team farming the elite areas of the game. I am also very interested in speed dungeon runs – like Frog Scepter farming in Bogroots and Kathandrax Speed Clear.

I have a number of abilities I can bring to your guild.
I learn quickly and readily take commands from a team leader, and once I get to know what you do I should be able to lead teams as well.
I also have an understanding of the skill synergies in the game, can construct builds, and have done a fair amount of research into what skills work (and don't work) with heroes.

8. What other guilds have you been with? Please include length of time with the guild(s) and reason(s) for leaving.

I created my own guild with my family (sister and mother) soon after starting Guild Wars, and we played every aspect of the game together in that guild for 3 years.
I then joined "Braveheart World Xi" [any] when I received a chance invitation from the leader to help make maxing my Luxon title easier. I have been there for the last 6 months assisting friends and family who joined to do MQSC as well.

9. Tell me a little about yourself including other hobbies, or just share a GW's story.

I am a part time student living at home as a carer for my Grandmother. I do English Shortsword/Longsword and Italian Rapier classes every week. I also instruct Jewelery making and Gemstone cutting on weekends.

10. What elite mission (HM dungeons,FoW/UW/URgoz/DoA) experience do you have and what roles have you played in these missions?

Dungeons:
Have done all dungeons (HM/NM) many times with my family and heroes.
I am also able to run some dungeons as 600/Smite - CoF, Rragar's, Kathandrax, SoO, HoS, Oola's.

FoW/UW:
Have done many full runs using various builds with family and heroes.
Have done some FoWSC with pug groups as both RoJ and UA in the main team.
I have been practicing UWSC using a set of video tutorials – however I only have experience with “Mountains” currently as I have been concentrating on one area to perfect it.
I also have much experience with the earlier methods of farming certain parts of the FoW/UW - 55/SS, 600/Smite, W/Rt VwK Smite Crawlers, R/E Forest Farming, E/Me Chaos Planes and A/E Permaform.

Urgoz/Deep:
Have done a few full runs of each, again with my family and heroes. I know the areas well, but no real experience with current "standard" team builds. (eg. Cryway)

DoA:
I used to pug the DoA in the beginning quite often, playing SF elementalist, SB and Bonder monk.
Then later, full runs with Ursan teams playing as HB Monk or UB.
Currently i enjoy running the Ravenheart Gloom as permasin + bonder, finishing in around 30-40 mins.

Other:
I can do all parts of MQSC/DTSC and create faction teams.

11.How Old are you and where are you from and what time do you usually play? Also, please include the time zone in which you live.

I am 20, and live in Australia. I'm usually on every day, playing late into the night.

12. What are you going to do for SCAR and why you deserve a team spot.

I offer myself as an active player, eager to learn and participate in regular team farming. I can also bring what knowledge I have from 3+ years of playing this game.

Echoing comments here, one of the most well presented apps I've seen in a long time, both in terms of content and also delivery. I particularly like the high EoTN ranks on so many toons, shows a good dedication to toon development.

Just to be a nitpicker, my two issues are as follows...

1) 11,000 hours means he has spent nearly a year and a half's worth of time playing gw. May be a robot?

2) The AP bar on his ele in title screenshot is bad. mindbender and immolate need to be dropped for ebon sin and glyph of sacrifice

Flame - I'll be on today from around 5-7EST. If you are on in that range, please pm me (sacratus ignis is my ele). I'll take you on some test runs, although they are likely a mere formality in this app.

Sac stop being overly critical, you know you run that AP bar as well. =) Yeah test runs do seem like a formality at this point, this is almost an instant yes and invite, but hey we have hoops to jump thru so might as well make you just thru them. I'll look for you online later today as well and we will see what we can get you in.

The time you have mentioned works out as around 8-10am local time - I will try to be on around then, but can't guarantee I will be able to.

As for your queries:
The amount of time I've played this game scares me sometimes – however I am just a human (not a robot – nor have I ever used bots) who, thanks to family involvement in the game, has kept my interest steady for the past 3 years. You can also count quite a large chunk of that time to death leveling for the LdoA title (both being a DL partner for my sister, and my own).

And as for my skill bar, you are quite right – however I have this thing for Mindbender

yes. Even if someone as awesome as I am applied to SCAR today, they need to jump through the hoops.

Correct, i am up for dunge-ing or doa-ing trial run.

This is one of the best applications I've ever seen come by in SCAR, most impressive.
